1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without having to justify your decision. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you – or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier – take physical possession of the last item purchased.
To exercise this right, you must notify us unequivocally of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The notification can be made through a letter sent by post or email to the following address:

The communication must be sent before the 14-calendar-day period expires for the withdrawal to be valid.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery offered). The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise. No additional fees will be incurred as a result of the refund. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide sufficient evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.
3. Procedure for Returning Goods
After communicating your withdrawal, you must return or deliver the goods to:

The return must be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. This deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before its expiration.
4. Cost of Return
You will be responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a lack of conformity of the product. In that case, and if it has been agreed in the contract, we will assume the return costs or they will be waived if you were not previously informed that you had to bear them.
Likewise, you will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping Costs:
- Mainland up to 2 kg: €5.67
- Mainland up to 10 kg: €11.50
- Balearic Islands up to 2 kg: €4.18
- Balearic Islands up to 10 kg: €7.12
Delivery Times:
- Balearic Islands: 24 hours.
- Mainland: 48 hours.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply to:
- a) Goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
- b) Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- c) Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
