We offer two shipping methods, both managed through the carrier SEUR:

SEUR 24H Standard
– Delivery within 24 hours in the designated area (in this case, for shipments within the Peninsula, indicated in the table with the code “PM”).
SEUR 48H Standard
– Delivery within 48 hours throughout the Spanish territory (indicated in the table for “ES” without zone restriction).

2. Shipping Rates

The shipping cost is determined based on the total weight of the order and the selected shipping method. Below are the applicable rates:

0.00 kg – 1.00 kg: €4.86
1.00 kg – 2.00 kg: €5.67
2.00 kg – 3.00 kg: €6.31
3.00 kg – 4.00 kg: €6.78
4.00 kg – 5.00 kg: €7.34
5.00 kg – 6.00 kg: €8.10
6.00 kg – 7.00 kg: €8.87
7.00 kg – 8.00 kg: €9.72
8.00 kg – 9.00 kg: €10.61
9.00 kg – 10.00 kg: €11.50

Note: The prices indicated apply to orders with a total weight between 0 and 10 kg. For orders with a higher weight, please contact our customer service.

3. Delivery Times

SEUR 24H Standard:
– Your order will be delivered within 24 hours from shipment confirmation, provided that the address is within the “PM” zone (Peninsula).
SEUR 48H Standard:
– Your order will be delivered within 48 hours in the rest of Spain.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, payment confirmation, and possible logistical issues.

4. General Conditions

Shipping Price Calculation:
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the purchase process, based on the total weight of your order and the selected shipping method.
Display and Confirmation:
Before completing the purchase, you will be shown the total shipping cost along with the final transaction amount.
Order Responsibility:
Once shipped, the order will be in the carrier’s charge. Goldservice is not responsible for possible delays or incidents arising from the carrier’s operations, unless negligence on Goldservice’s part is demonstrated.
